The reason Panel group has created this last product to provide investment that adds value and generates extraordinary returns to assets that regular first tier investors would not invest in.   The reason of having low investment in these assets is the relative high levels on insecurity that renders the assets unattractive.   These are undervalued and their relative market prices distorted.   We call these assets "informal".   The reason of this lack of liquidity is due to either bad regulations that discourages the tradability of the asset, other administrative elements that increase the level of insecurity in the investments, however the main underline factor is the lack of knowledge of that market and how to transform it into a secure one.
