Language Manual
An Ewe language manual introducing numbers, Ewe greeting segments, common
phrases, and intermittent songs. The Ewe-English text is color-coordinated
so that while learning the rhythms of common phrases one can also visually
learn individual words. It is accompanied by a 60 minute CD that complements
all of the text. It is a great way to learn how to speak Ewe with the
right tones and rhythm. This
manual is recommended for anyone visiting Ghana, whether as a volunteer
or on a tour. Knowing the basic greetings alone can make the experience
of cultural interaction more fulfilling. Peace Corps Volunteers who plan
on spending the next two or three years in the Volta Region are especially
encouraged.
